I'm laying back with a hot towel on my face when I realize how extraordinarily blessed I am. I have a wife that loves me and I adore her. I have 6 incredible kids, a handful of real friends and meaningful, life-changing ministry. I thought while being pampered like a sissy, "I really should be grateful". I don't need a bailout, I need to be part of helping bailout others in need.
I went from bliss to conviction in a matter of seconds. While I pondered about what the Lord would have me do, I was startled to realize that He wants me to be obedient. Not only to those things that are big and powerful, but to those daily little things that He places before me and calls me to accomplish.
I wonder how often I get caught up in the spoiled haircuts in life and forget that He has a plan to use me to change the world and turn it right side up. May we be a people that hear Him and answer His daily calls to action as we are used to turn the world right side up with the Love of Christ.
